How do I make a booking?

Please fill in and submit the following registration form. Then transfer the registration fee of
20 % to the following bank account (all the transfers fee's you have to pay!)

Once we have received your registration and payment we will send you written confirmation during 2 working days and your place in the corresponding diving daytrip/diving education will be guaranteed.

The balance is to transfer (all the transfers fee's you have to pay!) no later than 60 days prior to the start of the corresponding live-aboard trip to the above bank account and confirm the transfer by email or fax (+49 1212 533917351).

If for whatever reason you are unable to take part in the diving daytrip/diving education you have booked, the following conditions of repayment are applied:

More than 120 days prior to the live-aboard trip date:
retain 25% of the deposit amount
Between 120 to 90 days prior to the live-aboard trip date
retain 50% of the deposit
Between 90 to 60 days prior to the live-aboard trip date
retain 50 % of the live-aboard trip cost
Within 60 days prior to the live-aboard trip date
retain the whole amount for the live-aboard trip

If necessary we can book any hotel in any price category for you.

Liability Release

I hereby certify and acknowledge that I understand that my acceptance on a diving tour organized by BAAM Group of Companies, Phuket, Thailand is predicated on my assurance that I am physically fit to engage in ocean scuba diving, and that I am a certified diver, and that I fully understand the risk of ocean scuba diving, of living and traveling on board a ship and the dangers arising from force of nature, and I am prepared to assume such risk. In order to induce BAAM Co., Ltd. to accept me as member of the aforementioned diving tour. I hereby release and absolve BAAM Group of Companies it's agent, employees and invitees thereof from any and all damages resulting from death or personal injuries, including loss of service, which I may sustain on account of, arising from, or in connection with the aforementioned diving tour or from the ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any automobile, ship, boat, water sport equipment or otherwise. I further understood that the remoteness of the destination, local custom and/or prevailing weather conditions may cause minor inconvenience or modification to the diving portions of the tour and BAAM Group of Companies reserve the right to modify and/or cancel diving arrangements due to unfavorable weather conditions and/or technical difficulties. In case of cancellation the BAAM Group of Companies will no refund some money. I also agree to pay compensations at full current market value BAAM Co., Ltd. any all damages or loss of property and equipment belonging to BAAM Group of Companies resulting from abuse or negligence on my part. This liability waiver contract signed be me is in all subject to the terms and conditions above, which have been read, understood and unconditionally agreed to. I further agree to strictly observe and comply with additional reasonable terms and regulations BAAM Group of Companies or any of its employees may seem desirable or needful to prescribe during the course of diving tour.
